The 2018 edition of the early music workshops ( follow the link<\/a> to see the program) promoted by the Fondazione Rocca dei Bentivoglio linked to the festival “Corti, Chiese and Cortile” will be dedicated to one of the dramas for music that won the most fortune between the end of the seventeenth century and the beginning of the eighteenth century: Il trionfo di Camilla Regina de’ Volsci (1696)<\/em> by Giovanni Bononcini.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is organized a singing contest for the assignment of roles: the form can be downloaded here<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The selected musicians will face the study of the work in the courses held by Gloria Banditelli (singing), Michele Vannelli (executive practice), Alberto Allegrezza (baroque gestures). The production will debut on September 5 in the sumptuous setting of the Hall of Honor of Palazzo Albergati as part of the festival “Corti, Chiese e Cortili” and will be resumed at the Teatro Comunale of Modena on September 7 as part of the festival “Grandezze & Meraviglie” .
