APPEL À COMMUNICATIONS
Le Festival Musical Estense « Grandezze & Meraviglie » et l’Ensemble Arcomelo 2013 organisent le premier week-end de décembre 2016 un congrès international dédié à la famille Bononcini, depuis les débuts artistiques de Giovanni Maria (Primi frutti del Giardino musicale op. 1, 1666), qui marquèrent la naissance de l’âge d’or de l’école de violon de Modène, jusqu’au succès européen du Musico Prattico (1673). Succès que connut également la maison ducale après le mariage qui, la même année, avait uni Marie Béatrice d’Este au duc d’York, Jacques Stuart, tout comme la deuxième génération de musiciens de la famille Bononcini, notamment les deux fils de Giovanni Maria, Giovanni et Antonio Maria, instrumentistes et compositeurs d’opéra de renommée internationale.
Le congrès a pour objectif d’un côté d’étudier la vie, les œuvres et, dans une optique européenne, l’influence qu’ont exercée les Bononcini sur la musique instrumentale et vocale de l’Émilie Romagne, de l’autre côté de mettre en lumière la circulation de la musique et des musiciens émiliens ainsi que les aspects de l’exécution musicale. Tout en privilégiant ces trois thématiques, le comité scientifique invite à envoyer aussi des propositions sur d’autres aspects de la musique instrumentale émilienne, y compris les rapports entre mécénat et production, les contaminations réciproques entre musique instrumentale et vocale, la manufacture d’instruments.
Le comité scientifique, constitué il y a trois ans à l’occasion du Congrès Arcomelo 2013 (Enrico Gatti, Marc Vanscheeuwijck, Guido Olivieri, Agnese Pavanello et Francesco Zimei), invite à présenter des propositions de communications d’une durée maximum de 25 minutes.
Le résumé (anonyme) devra inclure le titre de la communication et un texte d’une longueur maximale de 250 mots indiquant le sujet, l’état des recherches et les références principales, ainsi que l’importance et l’originalité de la contribution. Dans un fichier séparé, en plus du titre de la communication, il faudra indiquer aussi le nom et prénom de l’auteur, l’adresse électronique et un bref CV (une demi-page).
Le résumé et le fichier avec les données personnelles devront parvenir au plus tard le 10 mai 2016 à l’adresse suivante : arcomelo2013@gmail.com
L’organisation se chargera de l’accueil des conférenciers (le vivre et le couvert) pendant toute la durée des travaux.
Les communications présentées au congrès pourront être accueillies dans un volume sur les sujets traités évalué par les pairs. À cet égard, chaque conférencier devra fournir, au moment de son arrivée à Modène, un fichier Word avec le texte complet de son intervention, rédigé selon les normes éditoriales qui seront communiquées au moment de la sélection. Après la conclusion des travaux, un délai de 60 jours est prévu pour d’éventuelles mises à jour avant de procéder au traitement du volume.
